Meeting the needs of each child in each school district in Ohio is critical to the future of Ohio’s children, youth, families, and communities. But educational leadership has never been more challenging. Practical support to Central Office personnel can expand their capacity to act strategically to meet these needs.
The Ohio Superintendent Association is offering a professional learning series to help central office personnel, both individuals and district teams, to learn about inclusive instructional and organizational leadership through an 18-month sequence of targeted, practical experiences.
