Ohio Lottery’s Partners in Education program is New and Improved!

New for the 2023-2024 school year, the Ohio Lottery’s Partners in Education program celebrates students and teachers who work hard in their classrooms and communities. During the academic school year, the Ohio Lottery accepts statewide nominations of outstanding students and teachers. Every month, the Ohio Lottery holds a random drawing of all nominees and awards 3 Teachers of the Month and 3 Academic All Star students in each of the Ohio Lottery’s nine regions. Every May, the Ohio Lottery holds a drawing that includes all the schools that took part in the program and awards a School of the Year. The School of the Year receives a $2,500 gift card, prize pack and a certificate of excellence.

  • Student Academic Allstar award recipients receive a $100 gift card, prize pack, and a certificate of excellence.
  • Teacher of the Month award recipients receive a $500 gift card, prize pack and a certificate of excellence

The Ohio Lottery’s website and social media channels also highlight the awardees.

The Partners in Education program runs every academic school year, from September to May. Anyone can nominate a deserving Ohio teacher or student through the Ohio Lottery’s website. It’s fast, free and easy to submit an online nomination. This video shows how to submit a nomination. Contact Molly Fanta with questions about Partners in Education at (216) 774-5739.
