Career and technical education empowers students to explore pathways toward future success while giving them opportunities to demonstrate the knowledge and skills needed for high school graduation and lifelong achievement. Through career exploration, college coursework, and the pursuit of industry credentials, students engage in personalized learning experiences that connect their passions and interests to meaningful career goals. Guiding Documents As a part of the Statewide System of Support, State Support Teams work closely with the Ohio Department of Education & Workforce to provide training, resources, and technical assistance to schools and districts as they strive to ensure that each child has access to a high-quality education.
