Career and technical education empowers students to explore pathways toward future success while giving them opportunities to demonstrate the knowledge and skills needed for high school graduation and lifelong achievement. Through career exploration, college coursework, and the pursuit of industry credentials, students engage in personalized learning experiences that connect their passions and interests to meaningful career goals. Ohio officials recently awarded $7.1 million in Career Pathway Support Network (CPSN) grants to expand career-connected learning statewide. The North Central Ohio Educational Service Center (NCOESC) will lead the Northwest Ohio region, using these funds to enhance career-technical education (CTE) and advising for students in grades 7–12.
