This is a required training course for all new preschool education supervisors, teachers, and interested related service personnel. Participants will receive information regarding the Childhood Outcomes Summary Form (COSF),* and the tools and training they need to assess students’ skills in three outcome areas and provide data to examine teaching strategies to positively impact their scores.
*The COSF is a 7-point scale for summarizing information related to a child’s progress on three child outcomes areas required by OSEP.
Attendee Expectations
Participants will:
- complete Part 1 independently, then engage in the Part 2 synchronous training on September 9, 2022
- use the tools presented to gather and analyze data to inform decision-making
