Day one content will include an overview of the New Graduation Requirements/Pathways, resources and strategies for writing and implementing Graduation Plans, and overview of Ohio’s Career Advising Policy requirements, and how to use the Career Connections Framework to holistically support all students for graduation throughout their school experience from elementary age through high school.
Day two content will focus on learning about Industry Recognized Credentials (part of the “Option One” pathway for graduation), implementing Work Based Learning opportunities, and how to align Career Tech Pathway Considerations to Purpose-Driven Education.
Day one and two are spread several months apart to allow time for consideration and planning of short-term and long-term implementation strategies and action.
