This four-day Professional Development opportunity follows the progression of literacy skill development across the Content Areas. Built into each session will be an introduction to establish the why (with connections to ODE initiatives/Ohio’s Plan to Raise Reading Achievement), the research pertaining to the session’s content, resources, structures/protocols for application, and time for collaboration/planning for implementation.

This PD offers opportunities for collaboration in that each session will contain processing activities that prompt participants to examine, reflect, make meaning, and connect the topics to their classrooms/schools/district. Participation will be active where ideas and experiences are shared with one another and the group.

By completing the registration form you are automatically registered for all four days in the series.
