MTSS is a comprehensive framework designed to provide targeted supports that meet the academic and social-emotional needs of each child to reduce gaps. To implement MTSS with fidelity, districts and individual schools need a full understanding of an effective MTSS infrastructure, how to use assessments to support MTSS, and how to deliver instruction at all three tiers to set each child up for success.  Participants will receive the book The MTSS Start-Up Guide by Jessica Djabrayan Hannigan and John E Hannigan free of charge.

Registration Deadline is August 26,2022 – This ensures adequate time to receive the book before the first session. Late registrations are not guaranteed a book.

The topics for each virtual session are:

Session 1 – What is MTSS?

  • Defining the purpose, philosophy and components of MTSS
  • Myth busting – Misunderstandings that may be barriers to successful implementation and how to correct them

Session 2 – Prepare for Success

  • The 10 indicators of MTSS implementation
  • Assessing your readiness
  • Determine next steps

Session 3 – Make it Happen
