This full-day training session focuses on a self-review of a current transition plan (IEP Section 5) writing practices with the Ohio Indicator 13 Checklist used in the Ohio Department of Educations monitoring process. Participants will also be provided with a series of tools, strategies, and resources to ensure compliance and fidelity in transition planning and writing that may be used when writing all future transition plans, including a copy of the Indicator 13 Checklist. Attendees are encouraged to bring a current (redacted) IEP that includes a Transition Plan in order to monitor their current practices in regards to what is discussed and learned in the training.
