Foundations of Family Engagement Seminar

The Ohio Statewide Family Engagement Center at Ohio State University is offering a professional learning seminar for early career teachers, counselors, and other school-based staff to build your knowledge and skills for effective family engagement called Foundations of Family Engagement. The seminar is delivered in three learning blocks through a flipped instructional model. For each block, participants will first individually complete an online module to build their background knowledge related to family engagement. Then, we will meet together in an instructor-led online workshop session to apply our knowledge to our work in our own school communities. The process will repeat for the next two learning blocks. You will select the workshop time that works best for you.
