The Ohio Department of Education and Workforce released revised guidance for the Use of Funds for Gifted Education for Fiscal Years 2026 and 2027. This document assists city, local, and exempted village districts with reporting and using those funds on allowable gifted education expenditures.
In addition, this guidance includes important updates related to the most recent biennial budget, Amended Substitute House Bill 96.
