Center on PBIS recruiting schools to help with TFI 3.0 validation study

The Center on PBIS is currently in the final phase of the validation process to ensure that the new TFI is the most effective way to support school-wide implementation. They need your help – and there are incentives when you do!

They are recruiting schools (across all implementation levels) to help with this validation by:

  • Completing the current TFI 2.1 as usual.
  • Completing the new TFI 3.0 (simultaneously with, or within 2 weeks of taking the TFI 2.1).
  • Completing a usability survey.

You can help by asking the schools you work with to complete the study activities by June 30!

As a thank you for your support, you can earn:

  • A $50 Amazon gift card for each of the first 5 schools you support to complete the study activities.
  • An additional $200 Amazon gift card plus your name posted and recognized at the National Leadership Forum when you support 10 or more schools to complete the study activities.
  • PLUS…the 10 coaches who support the most schools before June 30, 2024, will be awarded an additional $500 gift card and be listed as contributing members of the team in study related publications.

What’s more? The Ohio Department of Education and Workforce will give the schools you support early access to new PBIS training!

This training will be invitation-only and available at no cost at ohiopbis.org. It offers schools over 15 hours of flexible, on-demand professional development that can be used by teams and/or individual staff members. They can choose from a menu of options that fit their specific training needs.

Coaches who have completed TFI 3.0 validation study activities with a school anytime during the 23-24 school year are eligible to apply.
