two high school students review paperwork togetherStay-up-to-date on the latest post-secondary transition and graduation-related information, learn about new state and federal initiatives, and network with others who support students during this pivotal point in their lives.

Hear from guest speakers who will share information about supporting systemic implementation of services, supports, and resources that help to ensure successful graduation and post-secondary outcomes for all students, with a focus on students with disabilities. Topics will include education/training, competitive integrated employment, and independent living.

Opportunities for peer-to-peer networking and success and struggle sharing will also be provided.
