Hear from guest speakers who will share information about supporting systemic implementation of services, supports, and resources that help to ensure successful graduation and post-secondary outcomes for all students, with a focus on students with disabilities. Topics will include education/training, competitive integrated employment, and independent living.
Opportunities for peer-to-peer networking and success and struggle sharing will also be provided.
