The Ohio Department of Education Ohio Administrative Code 3301-51-11 Preschool children eligible for Special Education was filed with the Joint Committee on Agency Rule Review (JCARR) on October 18, 2022 and became effective on October 28, 2022. The rule was revised as a result of stakeholder feedback. Ohio Administrative Code Section 3301-51-11 “Preschool Children Eligible for Special Education” establishes the specific language for Preschool Special Education requirements that are not otherwise specified in Administrative Code 3301-51-01 through 3301-51-10 and Chapter 3301-37 of the Administrative Code.
